LEVELLAND (Special) - Funeral services for Edna Lucille Fowler, 78, of Levelland will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Fairview Baptist Church with the Rev. Glen Reese and Steve Vernon officiating.

Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday in the Crosbyton Cemetery under direction of George C. Price Funeral Directors.

She died Sunday, Nov. 17, 1996, at St. Mary Hospital in Lubbock after an illness.

She was born March 19, 1918, and was a longtime resident of the Crosbyton-Ralls area. She moved to Levelland in 1989 from Denton. She retired after 35 years as a telephone operator for GTE.

She graduated from Liberty University in 1989 with a degree in theology. She was a member of Fairview Baptist Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Neva Wilson of Levelland; a brother, Leonard Garringer of Temple; and three grandchildren.
