Obituary

Randy FowlerRandy J. Fowler, 64, of Floydada passed away on Saturday, April 10, 2010 in Floydada.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, April 14, 2010 at the First Baptist Church Chapel in Floydada with Bro. Vance Mitchell officiating. Interment followed at the Crosbyton Cemetery under the direction Moore-Rose Funeral Home in Floydada.

He was born February 1, 1946. Randy retired March 31, 2002 from the Floydada Highway Department after over 23 years of service. Randy was loved by many and will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Barbara of Floydada; two sons, Allen Fowler and Guy Fowler, both of Raleigh, North Carolina; one daughter, Melissa of Lubbock; two sisters, Janice St. Claire, and Norlena Fulford of Crosbyton and seven grandchildren.

Barbara Fowler photo Barbara Jean Fowler, 59, of Wolfforth has returned to our precious creator on July 30, 2014. She was the beloved daughter of Shelby Bruce and Mary Helen Douglas born on November 6, 1954 in Plainview.

Barbara was the youngest of six siblings; Marilyn Kingston, Tommy Douglas, Robert Douglas, Karen Wood, and Donald Douglas. She married Randy Fowler on March 14, 1975 in Clovis, N.M. She is preceded in death by her husband Randy Fowler.

Barbara is survived by two sons; Allen Fowler and Guy Fowler both of Raleigh,N.C.; one daughter, Melissa Sanchez of Wolfforth, her brothers and sisters, and seven grandchildren. Services will be held Thursday, July 31, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. at the Crosbyton Cemetery under the direction of Adams Funeral Home.
