CROSBYTON (Special) - Services for Delmar Dee Forgus, 83, of Crosbyton will be at 2 p.m. Monday at First Baptist Church in Crosbyton with the Rev. Less Griffin officiating.

Burial will be in Crosbyton Cemetery under direction of Adams Funeral Home of Crosbyton.

He died Saturday, Sept. 23, 1995, at his home.

He was born April 10, 1912, in Cottle County and moved to Crosbyton in 1933. He married Sue John Wood in 1936. He was a member of First Baptist Church and attended the Downtown Bible Class.

He worked as a wholesale deliveryman for Ince Oil Company and as a farmer and rancher.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, Ron of Albuquerque, N.M., and George of Houston; two daughters, Sandra Wilson and Dell Bearden, both of Santa Fe, N.M.; two sisters, Toma Snodgrass of Lubbock and Lona Mae Hughey of Andrews; 16 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Dee Cash, Frank Knox Moore, Dwayne Cornelius, Dale Hill, George Brakebill and Thomas Davis.

Memorials may be made to the Downtown Bible Class or Hospice of Lubbock.
