Rites Read For Maude Fisher Here Wednesday

Funeral rites for Mrs. Maude N. Fisher, 82, were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the First Baptist Church. Mrs. Fisher died Tuesday morning in the Crosbyton hospital after a lengthy illness.

The Rev. Wayne Grizzle officiated, assisted by the Rev. James Cooper of Lubbock. Burial was in Crosbyton Cemetery under direction of King Funeral Home.

Born in Benton County, Arkansas, she moved to Kalgary in March, 1927. She moved to Crosbyton in 1962.

She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Edith Parsons of Spur and Mrs. Norma Wahl of Lubbock; two sons, M.G. Fisher of Olton and Darrel Fisher of Kalgary; one sister, Mrs. Margaret Cooper of Trent; 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Waldo Havens, Glen Havens, Ralph Parsons, Billy Webster, R.W. Self and Gene Pierce.
