CROSBYTON (Special) - Services for Joan Farris, 61, of Crosbyton will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Al Jennings, pastor, and the Rev. Loyd Hamilton, officiating.

Burial will be in Crosbyton Cemetery under direction of Adams Funeral Home.

Mrs. Farris died Saturday in Lubbock General Hospital after a lengthy illness.

She was born in Ponca City, Okla. She married R.H. Farris Jr. on Jun 18, 1945, in Corpus Christi. She moved to Crosbyton in 1945. She was a Methodist.

Survivors include her husband; three sons, Mike of Ogden, Utah, Jon of Lubbock and Pat of College Station; two daughters, Benita Medlock of Wilmore, Ky., and Debbie Bush of Charlottesville, Va.; her mother, Edna Nelson of Crosbyton and seven grandchildren.
