Mrs. Ellison´s Rites Planned
CROSBYTON (Special) - Services for Mrs. Flossie Ellison, 72, who died Thursday afternoon in a Crosbyton hospital after suffering a stroke Monday, will be conducted at 3 p.m. today in Crosbyton Church of Christ.
Burial will be in Crosbyton Cemetery with King Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Ellison had lived in Crosby County 52 years.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. B.J. Smith of Waco; three sons, James of McLean, Wayne and Gene, both of Lawton; two sisters, Mrs. N.E. Gass of Hereford and Mrs. Carl Heiger of Canyon; a brother, Omar Hensley of La Crosse, Kan.; and 11 grandchildren.

She married James Amos Ellison on April 29, 1917, in Texas. James Amos Ellison married Floss O'Kelly Hensley on April 29, 1917, in Texas, when he was 21 years old. They had four children during their marriage. She died on August 3, 1967, in Crosbyton, Texas, at the age of 72, and was buried there. Floss O'Kelly Hensley was born on January 27, 1895, in May, Texas to Emily Jane ENGLISH, age 32, and Jonas B Hensley, age 39. James Amos Ellison was born on July 1, 1895, in Speedwell, Tennessee, his father, Henry, was 29 and his mother, Mary, was 20. He married Floss O'Kelly Hensley on April 29, 1917, in Texas. They had four children during their marriage. He died on March 31, 1960, in Crosbyton, Texas, at the age of 64, and was buried there. James Amos Ellison was born on July 1, 1895, in Speedwell, Tennessee to Mary Ann Welch, age 20, and Henry Ellison, age 29. James Amos Ellison lived in Claiborne County, Tennessee, in 1900. 1900 � Claiborne, Tennessee, USA James Amos Ellison lived in Crosbyton, Texas, in 1907. 1907 � Crosbyton, Crosby, Texas, USA James Amos Ellison married Floss O'Kelly Hensley on April 29, 1917, in Texas, when he was 21 years old.
