Roxie Deanne Williams Elliott, 44, of Lubbock, passed away Thursday, Feb. 28, 2008, at UMC.
She was born Sept. 6, 1963, to Delores and Z. D. Williams, Jr., in Lubbock. She worked most of her life in nursing homes. She married O. B. Elliott, Jr., on Dec. 31, 1994. She is preceded in death by her brother, Billy Don Williams and her father, Z. D. Williams, Jr. She leaves to cherish her memories her husband, O. B, Elliott, Jr.; three sons, Larry, Preston, and Rodger; one daughter, Ebony; her mother, Delores; seven grandchildren; eight brothers, Bobby, Willie, Johnny, Dale, Paul, Otis, Greg, and Roy; six sisters, Linda, Lois, Annie, Martha, Donna and Shirley; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Services will be Friday, March 7, 2008, at 11 a.m., at First Baptist Church in Crosbyton. Burial will follow at Crosbyton Cemetery under the direction of Griffin Mortuary.
Family will receive friends from 4-6 p.m. today at Griffin Mortuary.
