Graveside Services for Billye Dewbre, 68, of Shallowater will be at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, December 22, 2004 at the Crosbyton Cemetery with Terry Ellison officiating. Arrangements are under direction of Adams Funeral Home of Crosbyton.Billye died Sunday, December 19, 2004 at Covenant Lakeside in Lubbock.
She was born on October 18, 1936 in Atoka County, Oklahoma to Lee and Bessie (Fletcher) Tice. In 1956 she married Dean "Tootie" Dewbre in Roswell, New Mexico. She was a graduate of Crosbyton High School and moved to Shallowater in 1968 from Crosbyton. She was a homemaker and loved gardening, ceramics and spending lots of time with her family and friends.
She is preceded in death by; a sister, Bernice Tice, four brothers, O. T., J. T., Don and James Albert Tice.
Survivors include; her husband Dean "Tootie" of Shallowater, a daughter; Shawnda Dean Dolle of Shallowater, a brother; Bobby Tice of Shallowater, four sisters; Sharon Kovacs and Dorothy Hamersley both of Shallowater, Barbara Hoover and Coy Tice both of Hereford, and two grandchildren; Jeffery and Collin Dolle both of Shallowater.

Fearn Dean �Tutie� Dewbre, 83, of Shallowater, formerly of Crosbyton, passed away Thursday, September 8, 2016 at his residence.
He was born February 9, 1933 in Crosbyton, Texas to Elmer Lee and Artie May (Davis) Dewbre. He married Billye Kathryn Tice in 1956 in Roswell, NM. Billye preceded him in death on December 19, 2004. He was a veteran of the United States Army and worked as a machinist for over 40 years. Tutie cherished the time he spent with his two grandsons. He raised pigeons and enjoyed entering pigeon shows around Lubbock. Tutie also loved dogs, fishing and whittling.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Billye; his brother James Dewbre; and his sister Loretta Clark.
Those left to cherish his memory are his daughter Shawnda Dolle & husband Ryan of Shallowater; his two grandsons Jeffrey and Caulen Dolle of Shallowater; his brother Tony Dewbre of Crosbyton; numerous nieces and nephews; and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.
Graveside services will be held at 1 pm on Tuesday, September 13, at Crosbyton Cemetery under the care of Adams Funeral Home of Crosbyton.
