Crump Services Pend In Crosby

  CROSBYTON (Special) - Services for George W. Crump, 71, of Crosbyton, who died Saturday night at a nursing home in Lubbock, are pending at the King Funeral Home here.

Crump was born in Louisiana and lived in Crosby County 59 years. He was retired consignee for the Gulf Oil Company in Crosby County, a position he held 37 years. He was a member of the volunteer fire department and the Crosbyton First Methodist Church, and was a past master of Masonic Lodge No. 1020, Crosbyton.

Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Caffie Crump of the home; a daughter, Mrs. Norma Davis, 2014 65th St., Lubbock; three brothers, John Crump, Crosbyton; Leslie Crump, Encinitas, Calif., and Jim Crump, Mineral Wells, Tex.; two sisters, Mrs. John Aston, Spur, and Mrs. Lonnie Gilmore, Stowell, Tex., and two grandchildren.
