CROSBYTON (Special) - Services for Jack L. Conro, 70, are set for 2 p.m. today in First Baptist Church with the Rev. Ernest Stewart Jr., pastor, officiating. Burial with Masonic graveside rites will be in Crosbyton Cemetery under direction of Carter Funeral Home of Ralls.

Conro died Tuesday in West Texas hospital in Lubbock.

A resident of Crosbyton since 1926, Conro came here form O´Donnell. He was a native of Scurry County.

For 30 years, he had been employed as service manager of the Ford House in Crosbyton. He recently was employed on the L.D. Anderson farms

Conro was a member of the Crosbyton Masonic Lodge.

Survivors include his wife, Julia Etta; two daughters, Mrs. S. Gary Roberts of Austin and Mrs. Jimmy Riley of Crosbyton; a brother, Earl Conro of Snyder; a sister, Mrs. Roy Cooper, of Decatur; and three grandchildren.

Members of the Crosbyton Masonic Lodge will serve as pallbearers.
