Funeral rites for Doris Parnell Clark, 68, of Dickens were conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday in the First Baptist Church of Crosbyton. Officiating were the Rev. Bobby Rine, pastor, and Loyd Hall, minister of the Church of Christ.Burial was made in Crosbyton Cemetery. Adams Funeral Home directed arrangements.
Mrs. Clark died at 8:30 p.m. Thursday, March 19, in Crosbyton Clinic.
Mrs. Clark was a housewife and a member of the Baptist Church.
Born April 5, 1912 in Jack County, she was married to Ervin A. Clark on Dec. 28, 1930 in Crosbyton. Mr. Clark died Feb. 1, 1975.
Mrs. Clark moved in 1977 from Lubbock to Dickens.
She is survived by one son, Royce G. Clark of Nashville, Tenn.; one sister, Mrs. Alta Miller of Dickens; three grandchildren; and three step-grandchildren. She was a sister-in-law of Alene Thornhill of Crosbyton.
