RALLS (Special) - Graveside services for Lester Eugene Brown, 64, of Ralls will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in Crosbyton Cemetery with the Rev. Lester B. Griffin, pastor of Crosbyton First Baptist Church, officiating.Burial will be under direction of Carter-Adams Funeral Home.
Brown died Friday, July 30, 1993, at his residence.
He was born Sept. 10, 1928, in Abernathy. He married Wanda Lawrence on Jan. 17, 1941, in Slaton. He was manager of Southwestern Public Service Company and a member of the Ralls Rotary Club, Crosbyton Masonic Lodge No. 1020 and the Crosbyton Lions Club. He was past president of the Ralls Rotary Club and the Ralls Housing Authority.
Survivors include a son, Buddy of Ralls; two daughters, Debra Miller of Crosbyton and Linda McClead of Lubbock; his mother, Thelma Brown of Crosbyton; two brothers, John of Austin and Lonnie Washington, D.C.; two sisters, Janell Knight of Kerrville and Janie Smith of Albuquerque, NM; and eight grandchildren.
