CROSBYTON (Special) - Services for Eunice Brewer, 84, of Floydada will be at 2 p.m. today in First Baptist Church with the Rev. Lester B. Griffin, pastor, and the Rev. Hank Smith, pastor of Lubbock´s Bacon Heights Baptist Church, officiating.Burial will be in Crosbyton Cemetery under direction of Adams Funeral Home.
She died at 12:04 a.m. Monday in Lubbock´s Methodist Hospital after a lengthy illness.
She was born in Texas and had lived in Wichita Falls, Anton and Crosbyton before moving to Floydada in 1962. She married Henry J. Brewer on Aug. 5, 1921, in Clay County. He died in 1989. She was a homemaker and a member of Pansy Baptist Church. A son, Shirley Jo, died in 1935.
Survivors include four sons, Ervin and Harry, both of Lubbock, Duwayne of Irving and Darwynee of Floydada; three daughters, Glenna Watson of Floydada, Dorthy McDougle of Crosbyton and Peggy Ayers of Lubbock; two brothers, Herbert Foreman of Decatur and Gene Foreman of New Orleans, La.; 16 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.
