Services for Lorene Blagg, 80, of Crosbyton were at 1 p.m. Monday, Mar. 20, 2000, at Crosbyton First Baptist Church, with the Rev. Lester B. Griffin, pastor, officiating.
Burial was in Crosbyton Cemetery under the direction of Adams Funeral Home.
She died Mar. 18, 2000, at Crosbyton Clinic Hospital.
She was born Mar. 2, 1919, in Jones County.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Crosbyton and Delta Kappa Gamma Society. She taught school for 36 years, mostly in Crosby County.
Survivors include one son, Jim Blagg and wife, April, of Dallas; one daughter, Nelda Jones, of El Paso; one brother, Goodwin Hale, of Crosbyton; two sisters, Eva Nell Brister, of Crosbyton, and Jennie Lou Paschall, of Lorenzo; two grandchildren, Amanda Blagg Young and Laura Blagg; two great grandchildren, Austin and Madison Young.
