Obituary

CROSBYTON (Special) — Graveside services for Edith Beatrice Beckham, 84, of Mountain Home, Ark., will be at 22 a.m. Monday in Crosbyton Cemetery with George Johnson, elder of Lubbock Primitive Baptist Church, officiating.

Burial will be under direction of Adams Funeral Home.

She died Friday, April 5, 1996, at her residence.

She was born Dec. 19, 1911, in Hunt, Ark. She was a member of Primitive Baptist Church, and she was a volunteer at Project Love. She moved to Mountain Home, Ark., from Lubbock in 1994. Her husband, Charlie, died in 1968.

She worked for Crosbyton Hospital for 33 years, and retired in 1983.

Survivors include a son, Bobby Charles of Crosbyton; and a daughter, Bettie Neil Hawkins of Mountain Home, Ark.
