Obituary

CROSBYTON (Special) — Services for Carlos Jose Aguirre of Lubbock, 8 year old son of Christina Carranza of Crosbyton, will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday in First Baptist Church with the Revs. Sam Medina of Lubbock, Raul Gutierrez, a Houston Assembly of God minister, and Elias Valerio, pastor of First Mexican Baptist Church in Lubbock, officiating.

Burial will be in Crosbyton Cemetery under direction of Adams Funeral Home.

The child died Sunday, July 3, 1994, from injuries suffered in an automobile accident.

He was born on April 10, 1986, in Taft and was a second grade student at Wheatley Elementary School in Lubbock.

Survivors include his mother; his stepfather, Greg Soto; his grandfather, Julian Carranza Sr. of Sinton; his great grandmother, Aurora Carranza of Sinton and Frances Medina of Crosbyton; and his great grandfather, Samuel Medina of Crosbyton.
