Services for Eula Lee Adams, 89, of Crosbyton were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, November 19, 1996, in the Crosbyton First United Methodist Church with Rev. Keith Wiseman, associate pastor of the Lubbock First United Methodist Church officiating.
Burial followed in the Crosbyton Cemetery under direction of Adams Funeral Home.
Mrs. Adams died at 10:30 p.m. Saturday, November 16, 1996, in Lubbock´s Cottage Village following an illness.
She was born Sept. 5, 1907, in Estelline, TX, and married Cecil Adams, July 6, 1926 in Memphis, TX. She was a homemaker and a member of the Crosbyton First United Methodist and a member of the United Methodist Women where she held all offices. She was a member of the Crosbyton Needle Club and the Garden Club. When living in Estelline she was a member of the Estelline UMW and worked at the Estelline Coop Gin. She moved to Crosbyton in 1977.
Survivors include her husband, Cecil Adams of Crosbyton; one son and his wife, Bobby and Clair Adams of Crosbyton; three brothers, Clinton Richburg, of Park, AR, Byron Richburg of Hope, AR, and James Richburg of Lakeview, TX; one sister, Opal Spencer of Memphis, TX; two grandsons and their wives, Alan and Mindy Adams, and Kerry and Sherri Adams; and five great grandchildren, Kaysee Brooke Adams, Kennah Raye Adams, Kyler Bryant Adams, Keely Adams, and Kelby Phillips.

Graveside services for Cecil "Buke" Adams, 95, of Crosbyton were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 18, 1999, at Crosbyton Cemetery with the Rev.Wendell Horn, pastor of Floydada First United Methodist Church officiating.
Interment was under direction of Adams Funeral Home of Crosbyton.
He died Saturday, May 15, 1999, at Crosbyton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
He was born Apr. 27, 1904, in Downing, TX. He married Eula Lee Richburg, July 6, 1926, in Memphis, TX. She died Nov. 16, 1996.
Mr. Adams was a retired farmer who moved to Crosbyton in 1977 from Estelline. He was a member of the Crosbyton First United Methodist Church. He attended school in Estelline where he played basketball on a team which went to the state tournament.
Survivors include his son and his wife, Bobby and Clair Adams of Crosbyton; one brother, Quentin Adams of Littlefield; two grandsons, Alan Adams of Canyon and Kerry Adams of Miami, TX; five great grandchildren, Kaysee Brooke Adams, Kennah Raye Adams, Kyler Bryant Adams, Keely Adams and Kelby Phillips.
