LIBERAL, Kan.- Services for Lory Pierot Long, 40, of Liberal will be at 4 p.m. today at First Baptist Church in Liberal with the Revs. Floyd Haddock and Wyatt Carpenter officiating. Services are under the direction of Kitch-Brenneman Funeral Home of Liberal.
Memorial services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church in Ralls with the Rev. Floyd Haddock officiating.
Private family burial will be in Cone Cemetery under the direction of Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.
She died Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2001.
She was born Feb. 21, 1961, in Lubbock and married Terry Jay Long on July 19, 1986, in Ralls. She was a 1979 graduate of Ralls High School. She moved from Lubbock to Liberal 13 years ago.
She was a homemaker, a member of Emmanuel Southern Baptist Church in Liberal and the Beta Sigma Phi Preceptor Gamma Omicron.
Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Hillary Sha of Liberal; parents, George and Thelma Pierot of Ralls; and a sister, Sha of Lubbock.
The family suggests memorials to Gideon Memorial Bibles or a charity of choice.
The family will receive friends from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. today at the funeral home in Liberal.
