Some Glad Day We Shall Meet

Inscribed to the sacred memory of little Welton C. Gott, who departed this life, Sept. 26th 1919.
By Rev. L. A. Berrie, Jefferson, Texas

He has gone to join the members In that Heavenly glory land, where he´ll wear a crown of glory, And with Christ walk hand in hand.

Chorus Some glad day that soon is coming We shall meet beyond the sky. Where there´ll be no more sad parting Where we´ll never say good-bye.

Here on earth we all shall miss him, While he´s on the golden shore. But we know that we will meet him Where sad parting comes no more.

We shall never know no weeping, Over in that glory land. All our sorrows will be ended when we join the Angel Band.

Some glad day we shall meet him, Where no parting we shall know. In that land of endless glory In the home Christians go.
