RALLS (Special) Services for Charles W. Edwards, 70, of Ralls will be at 4 p.m. today in the Emma Church of Christ here with Clark Johnson and Elba Hall, Church of Christ ministers, officiating.
Burial will be in Cone Cemetery here under the direction of Carter-Adams Funeral Home.
Edwards, a native of Stigler, Okla., died in Morton Hospital in Dallas following a lengthy illness.
He was married to the former Loma Keele in Ralls Oct. 22, 1933. Edwards was a retired farmer.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Wesley E. of Ralls; a daughter, Irene Beaudoin of Lubbock; a sister, Syble Taylor of Ralls; two step sisters; two step brothers; and four grandchildren.

Services for Loma I. Edwards, 87, of Lubbock will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in the 78th and University Church of Christ.Burial will be in Cone Cemetery in Cone under direction of Abell Funeral Home of Abernathy.
She died Thursday, March 19, 1998, in Lubbock Methodist Hospital.
She was born Dec. 2, 1910, in Bell County. She married Charles Wesley Edwards on Oct. 22, 1933, in Ralls. He died Nov. 12, 1978. She moved to Lubbock from Ralls in 1989. She was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include a son, Wesley of Lubbock; a daughter, Irene Beaudoin of Lubbock; four grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials to a favorite charity.
