Arrangements are under the direction of Riemann Memorial Funeral Home of Gulfport.
He died Sunday, Feb. 10, 2002.
He was born in Oklahoma and grew up in Texas. He attended Texas Tech and served in the Army during World War II. He had been a resident of the Mississippi Gulf Coast since 1978. He was employed with Halliburton Industries from 1948 until retiring in 1986.
Survivors include his wife, Elena; a brother, Foster of Lubbock; and a sister, Loveta Linehan of Weatherford.
The family suggests memorials to a local humane society.
