Obituary

CROSBYTON (Special) - Services for Elmer Frater, 77, of Crosbyton will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Galilee Baptist Church with the Rev. W. W. Williams of Albuquerque, N.M., and the Rev. Joe Horn, pastor, officiating.

Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery under the direction of Adams Funeral Home.

Frater died about 3:15 p.m. Sunday in Crosbyton Hospital.

He was a retired farmer and a deacon of Galilee Baptist Church. The Athens native moved to Crosbyton in 1939 from Hillsboro.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Nellie Ruth McCoy of Crosbyton; a brother, Bryant of Chandler; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
