Hosea Brown, 57, of Lubbock, Texas, passed away on Thursday, Oct. 14, 2010 at Covenant Lakeside. He will be missed by his family and friends.
He is survived by his wife, Genevieve Brown of Lubbock; two sons, Donavan and Donny Carroll of Lubbock; his father and mother, Washington and Manda Brown of Lubbock; brothers, Junior Brown of Midland, Johnny Brown, Gilbert Brown and Curtis Brown, all of Lubbock; sisters, Siedah Muhyee of Longview, Texas, Della Williams of El Paso, Texas, and Mary Ross of Lubbock; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Services will be held on Saturday, Oct. 16, 2010 at 10 a.m. at First Baptist Church, 211 Tyler Ave., Lorenzo, TX. Interment will follow at Lorenzo Cemetery under the direction of Griffin Mortuary. Visitations held from 1 to 6 p.m. today at Griffin Mortuary.
