FUNERAL SERVICES FOR JACK ANDREWS, NEGRO, HELD LAST WEDNESDAY

Funeral services for Jack Andrews, 58, long time resident of Carver Park, negro section of Crosbyton, were held last Wednesday, April 27, at the Negro Baptist church. He was buried in the Negro cemetery on the rim of the Caprock east of Crosbyton.

Andrews, familiar figure in Crosbyton who had done "yard work" for many residents here, died in the Crosbyton Clinic Hospital Sunday, April 24. He is survivied by his wife and two step-children.

Andrews has served on the Crosby county grand jury two or three times in recent years.
