MR. J. P. SHAFER

    Mr. J. P. Shafer, another old pioneer passed away at the home of his son, Tom, November 13. He was 83 years old.
    He was and old friend of the writer and it made us sad to hear of his death although he had lived his alotted time and was anxious to go on.
