MRS. M. F. GANTT, 63, PASSES ON
   After being at the point of death for the past few days, Mrs. M. F. Gantt passed away this (Thursday) morning about eight o'clock, at the family home in southwest Eden, her home for many years.
    Mrs. Gantt, who was 63 years old, had been afflicted with loss of sight and failing hearing for the last several years, but always enjoyed living and the companionship of visitors. The survivors are her son, Ollie F. Gantt, and her sister, Mrs. J. R. McVay, and to these, as well as friends who held her close, the community extends sympathy.       
    Funeral arrangements are being worked out by Char. H. Latham, of Eden Hardware Company. It has not been announced who will conduct the services, but they will be held at eh residence at three o'clock tomorrow (Friday) afternoon.
