Comal County TXGenWeb Site
~Willkommen zu Comal County, Texas!~
In March 1846 the Texas legislature formed Comal County from the Eighth
Precinct of Bexar County and made
New Braunfels
the county seat.
It's a common error to pronounce the city name as "New Braunsfels", but there is no "s" in the middle!
