      SIDES GRAVES INFORMATION

In May 1997 Bill Slider who lives in Pierces Chapel told me about a couple of graves that he remembers from his childhood that were said to be Sides family graves.  They are located north of FM 747 about 2 miles northeast of Pierces Chapel.  They are in the area where an old road used to cut through to Ironton on US 79.  He stated that they were not marked in any way and could only be found by someone who had actually been there before.
