ENGLAND COMMUNITY CEMETERY


 



Take highway east from Seymour, cross FM 1790 and turn left
on the second dirt road. The cemetery is a short distance from the
highway. It is about 10 miles from Seymour.

Thomas B. Fortenberry Co. F, 21 Regt. Ark. Inf. CSA July 5, 1841-Jan. 15, 1909 15. Martha Petty Bryan May 2, 1848-Jan. 10, 1923 16. Georgia A. Wife of W.H. Dincler died Apr. 19, 1912, Age 49 yrs. A friend & comfort to all who knew her.......there is more but is badly weathered and is illegible. 17. Unknown (rock carved A.C.) 18. Unknown (stone carved Roy) 19. Maud Wright Jan. 19, 1883-Jan. 9, 1914 In checking Seymour Mercantile Funeral Home records at the library,
the following were buried in this cemetery but location of the graves
is unknown. Infant of Garet Seals died 9-16-1924 8 months old John Thomas Culver born Sep. 22, 1916-died Mar. 3, 1918 *Name supplied by great grand daughter, Donna Massart.
