W. B. Chaney, a well-known citizen of the Myrtle Creek section, died at his ranch home last Thursday, and was buried at the Jones cemetery. Mr. Chaney had been a citizen of this county many years and was highly respected. He is survived by two sons, Joe Chaney of San Antonio and Ross Chaney of Bandera. Mr. Chaney had been ill for several months, and but recently returned from a sanitarium in San Antonio where he took treatment for quite awhile. Our sympathy is extended to the bereaved family.
