Roscoe Conkling Park

Land for this park was donated by T. R. Proctor in 1908
The park was named in honor of Roscoe Conkling, a prominent citizen of Utica. He was elected Mayor of Utica in 1858, later holding office as a Member of Congress and a United States Senator.
