This small cemetery is located almost to the end of the Holmes Road in the town of Boonville. It is on private property and the land is posted. The cemetery is not maintained and there appear to be more burials than the stones found.

There are two footstones marked A. H. (for the two Andrew Heavener/Hevener), and next to these is a footstone marked M. A. H. No tombstone was found for this footstone.
