O'Dell, Sarah Cook

Verona Mills - Mrs. Sarah O'Dell, 66, wife of Henry O'Dell, died at her home here Friday. She was born in Taberg, June 10, 1872, a daughter of the late Allen P. and Lorraine Young Cook. She was twice married. After the death of her first husband, Adelbert Louer, which occurrd Dec. 14, 1922, she was married to Henry O'Dell, the ceremony taking place on March 5, 1930 at Churchville. She had resided at Verona Mills for the past eight years and previously lived at Taberg. She attended the Taberg Methodist Church. Surviving besides her husband, are a daughter, Mrs. Gaylord Sweatman of Verona Mills, two sons, Harry Louer of Taberg, and Harold Louer of Verona Mills, a sister, Mrs. William Webb, Rome, one granddaughter, Beatrice Sweatman, Rome, and a sister-in-law, Mrs. Cornelia Jones, Rome, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral will be held Monday, interment in Maple Hill Cemetery, Taberg.
