WILLIAM EWART BOTTOMLEY

the son of Robert Bottomley and Ellen Dobson. His parents emigrated to U.S.A. in 1879 to work in the first cotton mill in America. William was born in 1880 in Philadelphia. Shortly after his birth the family returned to England. William married Emily Law in 1906, and in 1924 they emigrated to America, settling in Flatbush, Brooklyn, New York.
