Frances Nettles will :Heirs are her brother Coleman Tally, to receive the
land where John B. Yates lives ,said land being the land willed me by my
father after the death of my mother; Negro girl Amanda for the benefit of my
mother, Elizabeth Yates, during her natural life. Other property to be equally
divided between my brothers and sisters and my little nephew William
Talley. Witnesses J.M. Martin, Robert Donnell, James C. Carruth. Executor Coleman
