(to wits) Begining(sic) at Josiah SMITHs north west corner, runing(sic) east
one hundred and sixty poles to a stake, thence south eighty poles to a stake,
thence west one hundred & sixty poles to a stake, thence north to the
begining(sic). Said granted premises being part of a track(sic) of 160 acres
granted to Josiah SMITH by James MULHEREN(?) ...."
