Property Conveyed: "all that certain track or parcel of land lying being in the county of Wilson & State of Tennessee and district No. 11th on the waters of Jennings Fork of Round Lick Creek; Beginning at a hickory, Thomas TURNER's northwest corner (formerly Thos VAUGHAN's) running thence west with Thomas TURNER's south boundary, south a bearing of 2o N. two hundred & fifty four poles to a boulder in said TURNER's south boundary line, Nelson HEARN's northeast corner, thence south said HEARN's east boundary ninety four poles to a stake in said boundary, thence south 63o E sixty eight poles with said line to an ash stump, thence south with said boundary line forty five poles to a stake in John G. BLOUNT's north boundary, Wilson HEARN's southeast corner, thence east one hundred & eighty six poles to a walnut stump, Thomas TURNER's southwest corner (formerly Thomas VAUGHAN's) thence north with said TURNER's (formerly VAUGHAN's) west boundary one hundred & sixty two poles to the beginning, containing by estimation 234 acres". "One Acre of land in this deed exempted whereon Sion MARTIN's house stands."
