County of Wilson and State aforesaid on the head waters of the brushy fork of
Spencers Creek and bounded as Follows Beginning at two dogwoods and a small
mulberry on the branch MARTINs south boundary line thence south eleven
Degrees west one hundred poles to a Dogwood and ash thence east one hundred
and forty two poles to three small cedars on Richard DRAKEs west boundary
thence on the same north sixteen poles to his corner thence East nine poles
to Brittain DRAKEs corner thence a long(sic) his line north eighty one poles
to MARTINs corner on the said Brittain DRAKEs west boundary thence along the
said Brice MARTINs line West to the beginning...."
