county of Wilson aforesaid on the head branch of Brushy Fork of Spencers
Creek and bounded as follows: Beginning at two small elms near a spring
Samuel VICKs corner thence along his line west thirty poles to a white oak
thence north the dividing line between said Saml. VICK and said James SMITH
forty two poles to a stake thence east twenty four poles to two small oaks(?)
and an elm on a branch thence north sixty nine poles passing over the head of
a spring to a stake on said Brice MARTINs south boundary thence along his
line east eighty two poles to Drury SMITHs corner a _____(?) and dogwood
thence along his line one hundred and eighteen poles to an ash and dogwood on
Stephen YOUNGs north boundary thence along his line west fifty poles to an
ash thence north six poles to the beginning...."
