SEXTONs old survey. Beginning at a white oak John GLANTONs south line(?)

twenty eight degrees west one Hundred and sixteen poles to an elm thence
north eighty nine degrees west ninety six poles to a cedar thence north(?)
twenty eight degrees east one Hundred & two poles to a mulberry thence east
one Hundred and twenty poles to the Beginning...."
