Property Conveyed: "a tract or parcel of land in the State of Tennessee, Wilson County and district number 11, containing by estimation fifteen acres be the same more or less, bounded as follows: Beginning on a stake in John G. GREEN's north boundary line (formerly a white and elm, John MAHOLLAND's southeast corner) thence north with George GADDY's west boundary line fifty-two poles to a stake, thence west forty-six poles and half to a white Oak (at the northwest corner of said WILLIFORD's fence), thence south fifty two poles to a black ash in John G. GREEN's north boundry line, thence east with said line forty-six and a half poles to the beginning."
