Also, there is a foot marker with the intials W.C. M. on it.

This cemetery is believed to be the resting place of John Everett, Jr. and Sarah Davis Everett though no specific markers have been found. One foot stone found with J. E. on it. Also, there are two planted stones behind the graves of the Freemans and Elizabeth Davis. Possibly the graves of John Everett, Jr. and Sarah Davis Everett, but this cannot be proven.

According to the late Melvin Everett (who was one of the last Everett owners of the property), there existed between the Cemetery and Everett-Fazier Road a Slave Cemetery. All of these graves were marked with planted stones. These have been completely lost due to the fact that it has been used as apart of a Tobacco Patch in recent years. Melvin Everett said that he believed there to be as many as 200 slaves and former slaves buried there. He told me that he remembered older former slaves being buried there even when he was a child (sometime before 1925). Since the Everett's owned very few slaves themselves, if this information is correct, it would have to include the slaves from many different farms.
