State of Tennessee
Sumner County, Nov. the 20th 1884. I, Wm. Jackson of the State and County aforesaid being old and feeble of body, but sound of mind, now in the presents of Almighty God and these witnesses, do this day make this my last Will and bequest, that is if my wife, Mary F. Jackson should be the longest liver, for the love and respect I have for her I give, will and bequeath to her all my real estate that I have not deeded to others for a homestead to do as she pleases with during her life time, and all my personal effects to be equally divided between my lawful heirs except R. H. White and wife, they having already received there (sic) full share and I think more. Now if I should wish to change this will at any time before my death I claim the wright (sic) to do so, but if not then this will to be good and lawful given under my hand and seal this day and date above written.

A paper writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of William Jackson deceased, was this day produced in open Court for probate when the same was duly proven by the oaths of Lewis Warren and Robert Lauier subscribing witnesses thereto, when the same was ordered recorded as said last Will and Testament of William Jackson dec'd.
