I make this my last Will and Testament. revoking all other wills by me made.

1st. it is my will that my burial expenses be paid as soon after my death as is convenient out of any property that I may die possessed of.

Secondly; that all of my just debts be paid.

Thirdly; I give to my daughter Sarah E. Apgar, who resides in the State of Ohio one hundred dollars.

Fourthly; for the love and affection I have for my wife Prudence Grooms I give the remainder of my estate both real and personal to have and to dispose of as she may see proper.

The last Will and Testament of W. C. Grooms, dec'd, was this day presented in open Court for probate and was duly proven by the oaths of C. E. Douglass and R. E. Douglass, subscribing witnesses to the same which is received by the Court and ordered to be recorded.
