Knowing the certainty of Death and being desirous to provide for those that are near and dear to me on earth I do constitute and appoint this my last Will and Testament revoking all others heretofore made.

1st - It is my Will that after my death that I be decently buried and that my Executor have placed to my grave foot and head stones, such as is to my husband H. Joyner's grave, with such inscription as my Executor may think best and pay for them out of the first money that may come into his hands.

2nd - It is my Will, that my executor have head and foot stone placed to the grave of my sister Lucy Ann Cradet and pay her burial expenses out of my estate.

3rd - I direct my Executor to value back to the executors of Hugh Joyner estate out of the personal property enough to pay the bond they hold against me for the use of said property, without interest.

4th - I will and direct my executor to sell the remainder of the property, also my land on such terms as he may think best.

5th - I will and direct my executor after paying all debts that I may owe to divide the estate equally between Merrill Phillips, John Buckhannon and Margaret Sanders.

6th - I leave & Will James Talley & Marrel Phillips my Executors to this my last Will & Testament. This 24th day of April 1886.

A paper writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Mrs. Sarah Joyner deceased was this day produced in open Court for probate and duly proven by the oath of Merrill G. Phillips, one of the subscribing witnesses thereto when the same is ordered recorded as said last Will and Testament of Sarah Joyner deceased.
