In the name of God Amen.
I, Sandy Sarver of the County of Sumner State of Tennessee being of sound mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and testament.

1st. I give and bequeath to my son Andy Dinning one & one half acres of my land including the house occupied by said Andy Dinning.

2nd. I give and bequeath to my daughter in law Patsy Sarver wife of my son Minter Sarver and her children one & one half acre of my land including the house occupied by her.

3rd. I give and bequeath to my daughter Ann Sarver one half acre of my land commencing at my north west corner running with the Rail Road & with the Walker Line.

4th. I give and bequeath to my son Henry Sarver the remainder of my land after the above amounts has been laid off to Patsy, Andy, & Ann.

5th. I give and bequeath to my wife Elizia all of my house hold and Kitchen plunder. I also give to my wife all the stock that I may have at my death.

6th. I do nominate and appoint Thos. S. Ellis my executor of this my last will and testament without giving bond. In testimony whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal and publish and declare? this to be my last will and testament, in presence of witnesses named below. This Feb. 7 - in the year of our Lord Eighteen an eighty five.

State of Tennessee
Sumner County Court August Term 1886.
The last Will and testament of Sandy Sarver deceased, was this day produced in open Court for probate, and was duly proven by the oathes[sic] of Thos S. Ellis, Robt F. Payne and Irby T. Ellis. Subscribing witnesses there to which is received by the Court and Ordered to be recorded. Thos S. Ellis the executor named in the will appeared in open Court and was duly qualified no bond being required of him by the terms of the will.
