I ROBERT KIRK of the county of Sumner and state of Tennessee do make and publish this my
last will and testament, hereby revoking all other wills by me at any other time made. Item 1st: I
will and bequeath that my funeral expenses and all my just debts be paid out of my estate. Item
2nd: I will and bequeath to my beloved sister Sarah Frances KIRK my tract of land of about 16
acres lying in Sumner County on the waters of Station Camp Creek adjoining the lands of Isaac
KIRK, the lands of the heirs of Benjamin KIRK, the lands of Charles GRIMM and Joseph
ADAM, it being part of my father's original tract. I give and bequeath the ...simple estate in said
tract of land together with all appurtenances to my above named sister and her heirs forever and
appoint my friend Thomas BARRY my executor to ...and carry out this my last will and
