I Mark White do make and publish this as my last will and testament here by Revoking and making void all other wills by me at any time maid. First I direct that my funeral expenses and all my just debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any money I may Dye possessed of or may first come into the hands of my executor. Secondly I give and bequeath to my wife Elizabeth White the Land where on I now live also a negro man named Terry also my stock of all kinds also my crops also my household and kitchen furniture also my farming utensils with all my implements of husbandry during her natural life to be disposed of as she may plea at her death. Lastly I do appoint one Thomas Latimer my executor in witness whereof I do to this will set my hand and __(seal?) this 7th day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty nine.
