This Jan 21st. 1890
I Low Odom I do bequeath or give my property one house and lot containing about three
quarters of an acre more or less is bounded on the north by Greenleaf east and south by N.Esters
west by creek the said lot and all of my perishable property I give to Eliza Harris my cousin
against all other claims that should be set of against it. She is to have the said property above
mentioned at my death.
This is my wish will and desire which I assign my name and witness my hand and seal.

The last Will and Testament of Low Odom deceased was this day produced in open Court
for probate and was duly proven by the oaths of Lizzie Wallace and E. S. Wallace, subscribing
witnesses thereto, which is read by the Court and ordered to be recorded.
