Note: Julia Brown died May 14, 1909 in Gallatin, Tennessee.
I Julia Brown do make and publish this as my last will and testament hereby revoking and making
void all other wills by me at any time made. I give and bequeath to Alexander Brown all of my
property both real and personal and I hereby nominate and appoint Alexander Brown my
Executor.
This the 25th day of August 1903

A paper writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Julia Brown deceased was this day
produced in ________Court for probate where the same was duly sworn by the oath of Florrie
Cantrell one of the subscribing witnesses thereeto, when the same was ordered recorded as said
last will and testament of said Julia Brown deceased.
